TICKETS:
Guild tickets include the festival days as well, so you do not need to purchase both!
Your ticket can be assigned to another name if you are unable to attend. Please contact us to change the name.
Please bring your ticket print out to the event to expedite checking you in!

REFUNDS:
All tickets purchased are non-refundable as we have to use the funds to secure the venue, arrange travel and housing for speakers, and other expenses that have to be paid before the event.

If you are unable to attend, we do encourage you to contact us and see if someone else might buy the ticket off you, or see if there is someone in your area that would like to use it. We also have a scholarship fund that helps those that cannot afford to come and we could shift your ticket there. Finally, you can contact us to hold your ticket for the following year and use it then. Hopefully one of these options will work! EVENT CANCELLATION OR CHANGE OF DATES:
In the event of a major change or cancellation of the CWVFF event, you will have the option to hold your ticket over for a following year. Please see our cancellation policies for how this will affect your tickets.

MINORS: We have no restriction by age of who can attend, but if a minor is attending we do require a supervising adult to be attending with them until the age of 16. If the minor is under the age of 13 we request that you be with them at all times.
